Who we share it with
We share personal data only where it is necessary: with subcontractors and suppliers working on your project, with our accountant, with building control or other authorities where the law requires it, and with our website and email providers who host the systems we use. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Where your data is held
Our website and email are hosted on servers within the UK and the European Economic Area. Where a supplier processes data outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards permitted by the UK GDPR, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email ltdconstruserv@gmail.com. We will respond within one month.
