Office and commercial fit-outs

From strip-out to handover: partitions, suspended and feature ceilings, raised floors, data and power distribution, lighting, glazed screens, flooring and final decoration. We coordinate the M&E trades alongside our own so the programme holds together instead of each trade waiting on the last.

Salon and beauty fit-outs

Salons have requirements most contractors underestimate — dedicated water and waste runs to every wash station, extraction that copes with treatment rooms, electrical loads well above a normal commercial space, and finishes that survive daily chemical contact.

We have built these before and we plan for them from the first drawing rather than discovering them at second fix.

Working around your business

Where the space has to stay open, we phase the work and run out of hours. Where it is closed, we push to get it back open sooner. Either way you get a programme before we start, and you hear from us if it is at risk — not after it has slipped.

We work to CDM requirements, keep the site safe and tidy, and provide the documentation your landlord or insurer will ask for.
